As “SENIOR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COUNSEL” since 2013, representing the Law Firm “Negocios en USA, a Law Firm” in Venezuela, founders of the Seminar “Negocios con USA” (“Business with USA”), a recognized International Event in Venezuela, Argentina and the U.S.; Recently named as International Collaborator at "UneSpain Organization" in the U.S. and Venezuela; and “Brujula Internacional” Organization led by distinguished Venezuelan Ambassador Julio César Pineda in Lecheria, Anzoategui State through “Brujula Internacional Lecheria”. In September 2012 named as Liason Officer between USA, Latin America and Libya on behalf of the former “EU Libya Chamber of Commerce” (Libyan – European Community) based in London, United Kingdom and Associate Member of "Escritorio Ludert" in Caracas as Patent and Trademark Attorney since 1989. 

On the other side, advising and assisting local and/or foreign individuals and Companies in Venezuela to locate them in Foreign Countries and also to represent International Companies in the Oil & Gas area. Consulting, Planning, Strategy, Structuring and Development of Capital Investments and new Projects in Foreign Countries related to the "Oil & Gas and Green Energy" matters worldwide. Permanently involved in general legal and management advice in conjunction with Foreign Law Firms. Participating in the formation of International Companies in the U.S., Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Spain and North Africa attending and supporting their needs with permanent legal advise of their business in these Countries, especially in diverse legal matters in the discussion and negotiation of diverse contracts and agreements for important Oil & Gas Projects with Private and International Oil State Companies in which the most relevant issues were the direct participation in the Natural Gas Supply Agreement and also in the U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA) process to obtain a Grant for Feasibility Study.
