Mr. Shayne has 35 years of experience in investments and finance. During his career, Mr. Shayne has been involved in the origination, underwriting, structuring, placement, and investment of over $500 million in corporate finance transactions for private and publicly-listed companies. He received his BS in Business Administration from California State University Northridge.
