Margaret was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan and has deep family ties to Shanghai and Beijing. Ms. Cheng attended the prestigious Ming Chuan University, where she graduated with a business degree with honors. Ms. Cheng has held several management positions at Ciba Geigy in Hong Kong and Globalink Securities in Los Angeles, CA as well as owned and operated a successful import/export company based in Taiwan.
In 2003, Ms. Cheng transitioned to real estate where she has been recognized for her many successes in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Cheng is well respected for her knowledge and expertise of the real estate markets in Los Angeles, CA and Orange County, CA. Margaret speaks fluent Chinese in many dialects. In 2010, Ms. Cheng and Mr. Turco founded American Gateway Regional Centers, LLC, where she currently serves as Vice President of Operations & Investor Relations.
