Girish Patel is the Chief Executive Officer of Green Card Fund, LLC focusing primarily on US Projects and Corporate Operations. Girish is also co-founder of NewGen Worldwide, a diversified holding company specializing in the development, operations and brokerage of commercial real estate properties. The company currently owns and manages dozens of properties, including multiple hotels.
Since 1982, Girish has gained firsthand experience in the hospitality industry; eventually leveraging his operational expertise to become Vice President of Development of B.C.A. Hospitality, constructing hundreds of limited service properties located across the nation. Girish is an active leader in the industry, and has served on committees and boards of prominent industry organizations such as the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the Independent Association of Holiday Inns, and has most recently created the R.C. Patel Memorial Scholarship for under-sponsored students seeking a career in Hospitality.
