As a former three-term California State Legislator, Bruce brings 36 years of government experience to his position as President at RCH.
He was also Administrator for Region IX of the U.S. Small Business Administration from 2001 to 2009.
His leadership abilities provides a solid foundation for RCH’s long term strategic planing.
