Mr. Noh is our of counsel focusing his practice exclusively on immigration law. Mr. Noh is a U.S. immigration attorney with over 20 years of work experience in advising and successfully handling numerous EB-5 cases, including I-526s and I-829s. Mr. Noh, has been serving as an AILA (“American Immigration Lawyers Association”) EB-5 Liaison Committee member from 2011 to 2013 and from 2008 to 2009, a Committee composed of around 10 experienced AILA immigration practitioners. Mr. Noh limits his practice to handling only EB-5 cases of both direct individual and regional center-based EB-5 cases for investors around the world and has an in-depth understanding of both the legal and practical requirements of EB-5 law and procedures, and more importantly, potential problematic issues inherent in the EB-5 cases. He has a strong track record in successfully obtaining numerous I-526 conditional green cards and I-829 conditions removal approvals for his EB-5 clients.

Mr. Noh’s unique strength lies in having handled hundreds of Immigrant and Non-immigrant applications involving both USCIS and American Embassies, and being able to navigate around potential minefields of EB-5 law — and being able to explain to his clients in advance, so they can take necessary actions to plan and avoid them. He is especially adept at planning and structuring the EB-5 investor client’s case in advance to increase the likelihood of the case proceeding smoothly and reduce the chances of unwanted surprises cropping up.

Mr. Noh was a Co-author of the Visa Processing Guide (a visa processing guide book published by AILA annually) chapter on American Embassy in Seoul, Korea, from 2003 to 2010 and wrote numerous articles which were published at www.ILW.com, a leading internet U.S. immigration law newsletter. He founded www.eb-5center.com, one of the leading EB-5 websites.
