George Ekins is a founding principal and CEO of American Dream Fund, which operates federally approved EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the nation. He is responsible for organizing, administering, and promoting EB-5 capital projects and has been involved in the successful raise of more than $400 million in EB-5 capital for multiple real estate development projects. Additionally, Mr. Ekins owns and manages a commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $90 million. Before his present career, Mr. Ekins lived in China operating manufacturing facilities and managing international exports in China and Taiwan. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker, holds a BA in international business, and is conversant in Mandarin Chinese. He has been an active member in the Association to Invest in the USA (“IIUSA”) and holds a seat on the Board of Directors.
