Attorney Ellen S. Kief concentrates her practice in U.S. Immigration Law, Family Law, and Mediation.
Born in Montreal, Ms. Kief is a dual national, USA/Canadian. Attorney Kief is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar; Massachusetts Appeals Court and Federal Court and she is a member of the Canadian Bar Association as a Foreign Lawyer.
Attorney Kief is serving on the Boston Bar Association Education Committee. She served as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Immigration Section; as the co-chair of the Solo/Small Firm Section, and as the co-chair of the BBA Immigration Committee. Attorney Kief is serving on the BBA Family Law Section Steering Committee.
Attorney Kief was elected to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Steering Committee and and as the AILA Canada NMD liaison. Also, currently serving as the liaison of the AILA New England Congressional Liaison Committee and served as the liaison to Community Based Organizations.
She is currently serving as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Canadian New England Business Council (NECBC).
Attorney Kief is very active in the legal community providing legal representation, outreach, and education.
