New York Goldwater Regional Center
NYGRC is an EB-5 regional center in New York City dedicated to promoting economic growth through job creation from foreign capital investment into domestic U.S. businesses.
NYGRC specializes in raising foreign capital for the following industries: real estate development, construction, and operating business in restaurant, health, wellness and nutrition, and retail sectors.
We work with developers and investors to join their mutual interests: We handpick reliable projects from developers to help our investors obtain the green cards they need; while fund-raise for our developers to allow their projects to proceed to success.
Geographical Location
NYGRC is focused, but not limited to the geographical location of New York (Manhattan), Kings, Queens, Richmond, Bronx, Nassau, Rockland, Westchester and Orange Counties of New York State. (this does not limit NYGRC’s area)
Regional Center Approval
NYGRC obtained I-924 designation by USCIS as an approved Regional Center entity in February of 2014 along with “exemplar I-526 project approval”.
