American YiYo Regional Center
American YiYo Regional Center, was founded to serve as a lender for businesses that qualify for financing under various Government Guaranteed Loans. The Regional Center will identify potential real estate projects in the Hospitality, Skilled Nursing care, Medical, Industrial and Multi use asset classes. YiYo RC will make these loans in accordance with guidelines set forth by the SBA and USDA and based on targeted NAICS codes. Each loan will be funded through EB-5 projects and will result in sufficient direct and indirect employment, to meet the requirements of the USCIS.

We select projects that maximize US job growth while maintaining strict risk management standards to preserve the capital that is invested under US Government approved loan programs. Our process of investing in these US projects will be transparent, exemplary and simple to understand at all times.
