Continental Americas Regional Center (CARC)
Our regional center's Southeast Louisiana location, will encompass the area between, and including, Louisiana's two largest and most vibrant cities: New Orleans, the capital of Creole culture and an international tourist destination; and Baton Rouge, the state capital.
In addition to benefiting from this region's robust and growing economy, the location of our regional center allows us to take advantage of the Targeted Employment Area designation on behalf of people who participate with us. This program reduces the investment requirement for a prospective Immigrant Investor to USD $500,000.
Participating in the EB-5 program with our regional center provides three main benefits:
No Day-to-Day Management: becoming a limited partner in our center means that a participant does not need to worry about the active day-to-day management of the projects; as the general partner, we take care of that on behalf of our partners.
Job Creation Evidence: through the regional center framework, we will provide USCIS with the evidence they need to prove that the required jobs have been created as a result of your participation.
Lower Cost: because of our location in Louisiana, applicants through our regional center may take advantage of the USD $500,000 price level, a 50% reduction as compared to the typical USD $1,000,000 investment required.
Our projects, as well as our regional center, are located in Louisiana. However, a prospective participant does not need to live in, or even visit, Louisiana; he or she may reside, work, and retire anywhere in the United States.
