LAM NYC EB-5 Fund
LAM EB-5 is an affiliate of LAM group, one of the most prolific developers in the area. As such, LAM EB-5 will be providing multiple projects being developed by LAM Group for EB-5 investments. Including the Courtyard/Residence Inn Hotel project, the LAM Group currently has 6 other hotel projects under its development.
The mission of the Lam NYC EB-5 Fund Regional Center is to obtain funding for development of various profitable ventures within Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) located within the geographical area of the Regional Center (the “Region”). Such projects are projected to include retail centers, hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, nursing homes and office buildings in the Region.
