The Savannah World Trade Center for Investment (SWTCI) was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services as an EB-5 Regional Center in January 2016. SWTCI is a 100 percent owned subsidiary of World Trade Center Savannah, which was created as a division of the Savannah Economic Development Authority. World Trade Center Savannah is a proactive international business and trade development organization that exists to help create jobs and attract investment by identifying foreign direct investment opportunities and helping regional business grow internationally. 

SWTCI is permitted to help foreign individuals obtain U.S. permanent resident visas through investment in the Savannah region.
