Attorney Sharon Shi has dedicated herself to the practice of U.S. Business Immigration and Nationality Law. Professionally trained in China with a Master in Law, she later graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She has extensive experience in a wide range of issues in the areas of immigration and nationality law. She has extensive expertise in investment-based and employment-based immigration matters including National Interest Waiver, Outstanding Professor/Researcher, Alien of Extraordinary ability, PERM, and visas for Multinational Executives/Managers, etc. She also has successfully handled many non-immigrant visa petitions including H, L, K, E, F, B, TN as well as EB-5 Permanent Residence Investor Visas and family-based immigration petitions. With her years of experience, she had worked with exceptional individuals as well as businesses from all backgrounds, including corporations, small start-up companies, financial institutions, universities and research institutions, hospitals, and athletic and entertainment groups. On her most recent collaboration with EB-5 Regional Center, she successfully helped the Regional Center and Chinese investors with immigration legal filings and advised clients on preparation of "source of fund" for USCIS filing purposes. 

Sharon is a member of the New York Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also has served on the Board for a non-profit organization, Legal Immigration Association, dedicated to the general well-being of immigrants for the past two years. Her services and achievements to promote legislative and administrative changes within the US immigration system are reported by numerous newspapers and other media outlets in the U.S.
