Mr. Gezelius has a practiced focused on high end, business related immigration. He assists overseas investors who would like to come to the United States for business or family reasons achieve their goals, whether it is permanent residency or the ability to operate a business in the US and remain associated with their home country. He also handles estate planning matters along with probate, trust and associated cases. He holds a JD from the McGeorge School of Law as well as a Master of Law (LLM) in international law and business, also from McGeorge. He did his undergraduate work at UC Berkeley and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
