We also provide high quality and cost effective litigation services to our clients. We represent clients in both state and federal courts, and always make sure to serve your best interests. Our expertise includes pleadings, motions, discovery and trial. If necessary, we will go as far as our clients desire, to advocate our clients’ rights in appellate courts. We also handle alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration.  Our focus is always the same: to quickly resolve disputes while maximizing your benefits.

Lei Jiang Law Firm are immigrants ourselves. Therefore, we understand our clients’ unique needs and devote time and effort to achieve the best result for them. Our focus is on investment-based immigration (EB5), but we are also experienced in other immigration and non-immigration petitions, such as EB1, EB2, EB3, PERM Labor Certification, National Interest Waiver, family based, and  H1B, L, etc.  Please click here for more information on our Immigration experience and the options available to you. We serve clients from all states and from other countries.

One of the quickest ways to immigrate to U.S. is through investment (Employment based 5th category – EB5). Congress created a program in 1990s to stimulate the U.S. economy, create jobs, and at the same time, allow investors an accelerated path to citizenship. Under this program, if a foreigner invests $1,000,000 (or $500,000 in certain areas) in a U.S. enterprise and creates 10 U.S. full time jobs, the foreigner and his family (if married) are eligible to receive U.S. green cards in return. This program in many ways mirrors investment-employment based programs in United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other nations.
