Sumeet A. Patil brings a high level of expertise in financial and real estate dealings from over a decade in Real Estate to his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Cloudseed International Fund. He started his career in hospitality finance that led to pursuing the start of a hospitality division of a boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Columbus, Ohio. Most recently he was a Senior Mortgage Banker for JP Morgan Chase where he served clients across the Country in over $250 million dollars of residential finance transactions. In recent years, he has been in the heart of the recent Banking and Lending crisis and therefore can offer a unique and real-world perspective to our investors. He has personally been involved with the US banking recovery by using an increased focus on compliance and reducing overall risk-exposure. Mr. Patil truly understands the importance of protecting balance sheets using his work experience from one of the largest Banks in the world. His expertise includes deal structuring, business development, and real estate finance and investing.
