Todd Associates’ Professional Liability Insurance Practice is managed by several nationally recognized insurance experts who have developed niche specific insurance solutions for professional services providers in industries related to finance, law and technology. Over the past decade, our team has grown significantly as they have become known for developing insurance solutions for “micro niche” industries which have been misunderstood by insurance agents and carriers.
Over the past year, our Professional Liability Team has been busy launching their EB5 Program which features E&O/D&O insurance solutions and an underwriting process specific to the complex risk profile of EB-5 Regional Centers and their projects. Our EB5 team is headed by David Souders and supported by Sandy Edmonds, CPCU (Account Executive) and William Castle, ARM (Risk Management). David's experience includes the development of several highly successful niche specific E&O/D&O insurance programs for industries with unique exposures to regulatory/litigation risk. David is a member of IIUSA and has presented several webinars on risk management strategy and insurance solutions for EB5 Regional Centers.
